The woman is Ms. Rivas, a licensed and bilingual clinical social worker who worked within the non-profit field for more than 13 years. She has experience working across a range of groups, including LGBTQ+ people, substance abusers, and survivors of intimate partner violence. Ms. Rivas began serving Erie residents in 2019. She is now offering telehealth behavioral health services. Mrs. Rivas offers adult trauma therapy and is a member of the Behavioral Health Perinatal Care Team which works post and prenatally. She can provide individual or group therapy and an assisted medication treatment program. Special care referrals can also be made. Amanda is a volunteer for Best Friends Animal Society. The goal of her work is to find an animal shelter that is permanent for the homeless.
